From giving a stuffed animal a nibble of their cookie, to taking an important phone call from a juice box, your child’s love of pretend play (aka imaginative play) is actually a factor in their cognitive development. As a KiwiCo product designer and mom of a toddler, I’m constantly looking for creative ways to optimize pretend play.
